John Riches is Emeritus Professor of Divinity and Biblical Criticism at the University of Glasgow. He is the author of, amongst other works, A Century of New Testament Study, Conflicting Mythologies: Identity formation in the Gospels of Mark and Matthew, and Galatians Through the Centuries.
