Hmmm just like to butterfly about really, at the moment I have landed on lack of Postcolonial theory in New Media Theory but only because I am fakely co- supervising someone's PhD on Socio -Cultural Factors in the perception of Immersive Interactive Environments .I am also interested in recipes and cooking I am going to cookery classes and have recently learned Chilli Crab,Char Kway Teow and Glutinous rice with mango sauce.I have been invited to cook Chilli Crab for 12 this Saturday ,not sure I can cope.It is a 'celebration' there will be Taoists,Buddhists,Christians , Muslims,Atheists and Hindus there. So there will be ,food candles ,music but no Nativity scenes.All food has been selected to respect culinary taboos.So Turkey is surprisingly welcome especially Turkey sausages.When I post an image it will be of me with that group.
